What is the status of my online order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.
What is your return policy for grooming products?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hair or skin care items.
Are Rudy’s products tested on animals?
No. All Rudy’s Barbershop products are Leaping Bunny certified, meaning they are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Can I use my online gift card at a physical shop location?
Yes, Rudy’s gift cards are versatile and can be used for both online product purchases and in-shop services at any of our barbershop locations.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more international destinations soon.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact our customer support team immediately at help@rudysbarbershop.com with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement.
