At Rudy’s Barbershop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
